Our stay at the resort was truly memorable, especially with the fantastic children's facilities that kept our kids happily entertained for hours, especially the pirate ship pool! The ocean views from our room were breathtaking, bringing an extra touch of magic to our vacation. However, while the concierge service was generally helpful, there were occasional delays in getting our reservations confirmed, which was a bit frustrating.
